Terrible service this year.... the office can't organize a free lunch. There is 6 homes up here off grid and this will be year 4 with superior propane they know we have a timeline in the Fall and spring for propane, so they fill us all in the spring when the roads are possible and in the late fall befor snow Flys... they came up last week after all of us requested propane befor the snow storm as they will not come up once it snows, they fill our neighbor and leave 5 homes down to 1 tank 😡😡😡😡

Error 1001 all the time while trying to log in or update meter or order delivery. Useless app while you definitely need to order propane and must call Superior. 21st century and we are wasting time waiting operator.
