The program is great. You are assigned to a coach. It is Easy to keep intouch if you need them for any questions, and they check up on you to see how you are doing on the program, and they motivate you to keep up the good work. On the app you are assigned to daily assignments that don't take long, and your exercise program is included on the app. The coaches are great and lots of motivation. Every week you get food guides to follow daily.
