This application is very good. I can buy tickets easily and pay with my card without any problems. The app is easy to use, and the bus schedule information is always up-to-date. Thank you very much. My trip in Tromsø is much easier because of this app

Used between Tromso and Krakens Lemmas. Once you've used the bus you soon get used to how easy it is. Also cheap and convenient with plenty of stops. The drivers are always polite and helpful, some are quite fun! Very safe driving in the snow.

It's not possible to change ticket activation date and time or rearrange favorite departures. The edit feature only allows to add or remove, not to move up or down the departures.

You actually have to google how to purchase tickets for somebody else, such as a child. It is quite literally hidden in the app. If you keep clicking through in the hope of beeing given this option, then you will end up purchasing, and the tickets are non-transferable. Also, bonus: no refunds! You should have known about the hidden option! Bad user interface design. Make sure to google what you want to do in the app...

Svippers buses are constantly late and the app shows wrong info. Recently been kicked off a bus that should have taken me all the way home according to the app, but apparently it didn't. Had to pay for a taxi. Also, once before it showed a bus as being 30 minutes late (it kept getting a later and later time in the app) so I thought I might as well go home and wait for the next one, but when I cross the road the bus actually comes? And it still shows up in the app after it left...

No option to change activation date! There is only "Start ticket now". We'll guess what? I changed my mind and I don't want to use the bus for a couple of days, why can't I postpone the activation time and date? Tromsø billet was much better.
