I took a bus from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar, and the bus broke down mid-way. After waiting for nearly one hour, we were transferred to another bus. Then, that bus stopped at a restaurant for over an hour, causing further delay. To make matters worse, the original broken-down bus was repaired and brought back, and we were asked to transfer our luggage again. There was no proper coordination, no clear communication, and no concern for passengers’ time. I reached very late, completely exhausted.

Today was one of the worst experiences while traveling in a bus with Swami Travels & Goibibo. This was the first time I was visiting Mahabaleshwar and the bus ensured that it did not end on a good note. Hence, I am writing this at 4:30 am at night. Here are the problems we faced - 1. Very dirty bus. No hygiene maintained and there was no pillow covers too. The seat was very, very dirty and stinking. 2. The driver (Rat hod) of Swami Travels informed us that he is changing the route at last moment

I had a very bad experience with Swami Travels today. The bus had a halt at a petrol pump, and my wife with me 4 months kid, and I stepped out to use the washroom after being told the by the staff it would stop here for a while. Shockingly, the bus left without us. Only after realizing we were missing did your staff call me and ask us to walk all the way to the main highway to rejoin the bus. This was extremely inconvenient, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. It is the basic responsibility
