SwimFlow is a swim log that stays out of the way.

Log a swim in three taps — distance, time, stroke — and let the app do the arithmetic. Your pace, your records, your weekly totals and your streaks are all worked out for you, and every one of them stays on your phone.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
No account. No sign-in. Nothing uploaded. SwimFlow works completely offline — in the pool, in the changing room, on a plane. Your swims are yours, stored on your phone and nowhere else.

THE POOLSIDE TIMER
Put your phone on the deck and run a session hands-free. Huge, readable numbers, a target you can hit with a wet hand, automatic rest countdowns, and the screen stays awake. If your phone locks or the app is closed mid-session, you come back to exactly the set you were on.

YOUR DATA, IN YOUR HANDS
• Export a full spreadsheet (.xlsx) — sessions, sets, records, goals and a monthly summary.
• Export CSV.
• Back up everything to a single file and restore it on a new phone.

Dark and light themes, a design that works with animations switched off, large-print support, and every chart backed by a table you can read out.

SwimFlow shows a small banner advertisement so it can stay free. That is the only part of the app that uses the internet, and your swim data is never sent anywhere.
