Blocks a much more secure android OS (Graphene OS) compared to a lot of other Android stock OS'es. Therefore, can't use Mobile Level 3 authentication. EDIT: They fixed it in August 2025, thanks a lot misquote !

The app works well despite recent issues (login). Are there plans to update the user interface? I think the app is behind in UX. Stock prices lagg behind other platforms. I would love an UX update.

Especially for banking the app is extremely inconvenient, QR scanner and upload don't work, you need to access PDF statements to see incoming transactions, can not automatically retrigger payments. Seriously back to Stone Age of online banking...

I think this is one of the worst banking apps I’ve used so far. Once you’re in, the app is actually smooth and user-friendly. The problem is getting in. The app constantly crashes when I try to log in, even after reinstalling it. Logging in via browser doesn’t help either, as you need the app to approve the login. And when I finally manage to get in, I still have to verify my access via both email and SMS. For an online bank, such an unreliable and complicated login process is quite embarrass

Issues again with Graphene OS I get an error again on Graphene OS: "App integrity error the Swiss quote app doesn't support the environment error code 490" I have removed and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work. I thought Graphene OS was now supported.

I think this bank is the slowest and most inefficient to open a bank account. I had to send the same documents thrice. And it's been now more than a month and five follow-ups and still no account. I think they really don't care about their customers.
