I really appreciate everything The Alternative Bank is doing by now especially its innovative approach to ethical and interest-free banking. I believe its initiatives are making a meaningful difference in people’s lives and businesses.

The application is doing fine, but I forgot my password and wanted to change it by clicking on the forgotten password this morning, I tried entering new password with Capital letters, special symbols and numbers, it's still showing that I should add special characters even after adding them with numbers and Capital letters. Pls fix this...

Hello Alt Bank, I'm a new customer... so far, so good. Your product solves a few problems for me, and I hope you guys don't end up like Sparkle MFB with a terrible product. Thank you for the work you are doing.

If I can give anything lower than that I will.... I was told my daily transfer limit is 50k, and it's fine because I'd like to control my spending, whereas somedays like today, I couldn't even transfer 5k, not even an airtime recharge will work. Customer care keeps telling me its probably network.... work on the app network or work on the banks services... let me have the freedom of using my account as it is without upgrading it. This has really been frustrating, and I'm tired....please improve.

I always like to banking with Sterling bank, but I don't like the way Alt bank App is working for me maybe it was the oldest App that make it sluggish this way. And I suggests an update of Alt bank App to One bank App because I still love how One bank App is working. If I know that Alt bank account I am going to get I won't open it, but I am still waiting for an update of Alt bank to One bank.
