One of the worst bank app I have ever seen so far that can not be installed at customers comfort except customer get to the banking hall. The bank system is too poor based on my own experiences with other Nigeria commercial banks.

Hello, I have been trying to open alt pro app using my login details (very sure that the details are correct) but telling me login not successfully, an error occurred while trying to validate password. Please I need urgent way out to log in, and I am far away from any branch of the bank. Thanks.

I don't like this new update, I have to input token even after using my fingerprint to login. I have to use token twice for a single transfer. Please we prefer login with fingerprint
