I choose Sterling Bank for all my everyday transactions. Whenever my customers tried to send me money using OPAY, they get notified that they may likely send to a scammer. Only sterling bank account have that issues. Someone sent me money recently, Sterling hold it and said that the transaction is fraudulent. They request a review letter, stating where and what the money is meant for. I wrote it and send it to them. Almost a week now, my money is not reversed. STERLING BANK IS THE WORST

This is literally the worst app.I have written to my HQ to change my current acct to another bank. Imagine performing a transfer ad the money is nowhere to be found, the recipient didn't receive it, and I wasn't refund. Especially from the wallet account. Ad the worst is there is no transaction history. The transaction of 50k is not even reflecting on statement of account ad there customer care said they don't know how to track wallet transaction. Shame on you people. God go punish una. Useless bank.
