I don't understand what all the hate is on this app, but I just got 8 Wi-Fi plugs The LED stand-up lamp The door lock with the face recognizer and so far all of it hooked up very easily and works excellent they all had firmware updates that took a minute but everything went really smooth even the door lock install which I've had a few door locks like that and this one is easy, and it works with your existing hardware which is kind of badass.....

Generally works ok, but would be nice to speed up the downloads of temperature data. Why the silly, new icon for the app, this is not a toy nor a game?

App feels a bit dated, though does function well for the smart lock, would be nice if widgets were better and that they show the status of the lock just so the user would know via the widget like changing the color of the button from red to green and vice versa for lock status.

It's nice, but the panel above shows everything 0, while the below panels show the correct results. Framework version 1.8 on CO2 monitor. This was ok before the framework update, broken after.

I use the app with their robot vacuum. Editing rooms is unresponsive, jumpy, and inconsistent. I am happy with the robot, I am not happy with the app required to make customizations to the plan.

Frustrating. App constantly disconnects from my devices and will not reconnect unless I delete the device and reconnect it. Cannot operate the devices outside my home.

App is really poorly designed. I have no clue why sensors show no data for 20 days, there is no obvious way to tell if it constantly syncs data to cloud. Why it shows recent reading but when you go to sensor it shows 2-month data graph. I was expecting much more for the price. When I look on sensor I don't understand if sensor is connected to the base. Fix the app vibe coding will help you.

Buggy App cannot edit the one scene I have or remove, add new scenes. Issues of not being able to get Bluetooth device to be added to a scene. And somehow saying needs a hub to complete some tasks, when the HUB 3 is present. Regrettably I am wishing I had not invested in Switch bot.
