I used the wallet card! And let me tell you, it has been an amazing experience with it. I recently forgot my wallet at a grocery store and if it not were to the switch bot wallet card, I would have never found my wallet. The experience with this was amazing.

I had switched from aqara to switch bot. Aqara failed many times to auto lock door and also using the remote to open the door, failed miserably. After switching to Switch Bot Ultra, most of my issues had been resolved. There are very few occasions where I unlocked the door and closed it immediately, Switch Bot Ultra is unable to react immediately to lock my door. I had to manually press it to lock my door. However, I think this can be resolved by some software upgrades. Lastly, I made a right switch

I regret buying switch bot. Many months later and no change. I bought the matter hub, and it states only 8 devices can be added to matter in the switch bot app, yet it gives an error trying to add more than 4 devices to matter. What am I supposed to do with the rest of my devices? Throw them away? The app constantly fails to connect and update devices too. Edit: a year later, no improvement I've replaced my switch bot devices with son off snzb-02d

Sensor graph data downloading to app must've been coded by someone who doesn't have a clue about programming. It's ridiculously slow (I mean last century 2400bps modem on analogue line type of slow), unreliable, works only with app in foreground.

NFC writing is broken. It used to work completely fine before, but now every attempt fails with a "Data write has been interrupted" error. My hardware is fine, as third-party tools write to my NTAG216 tags without issues. The bug is entirely within the Switch Bot app's protocol handling. I am using a Pixel 9 with Android 17, so maybe it's just this specific phone model that has the problem. Please look into this compatibility issue and fix it ASAP!
