This is the second review? First one missing? The app is slow to respond still? Where is the smart home option? e.g. Alexa We had set the thermostat to off including app and all was good in the summer but one morning the family was hot, checked and heating on full? Turned off, this morning the heating was on full again but no one touched the settings, so when the council had it fitted do they also have control? As the app shows thermostat is paired to your app and no one else?

The device was fitted in the wrong place, and now I have moved the device to somewhere more suitable, which is more than a meter and a half away. It's totally useless. You can set the time for the heating to come on, but you can't set it to turn off. What is the point. Sometimes, the app just won't work, and I have to uninstall and re-install

Stopped working properly after 6 months. We have to clear the app cash every single time we try to use the app, as it just crashes on opening. The app has started to display a different temperature than the actual temperature e.g I set the temperature to 17 degrees, on my phone app, but the thermostat temperature downstairs says its 20 degrees. We have updated and reinstalled the app, but it makes no difference. We can still control the temperature, using the thermostat downstairs.
