Not sure why people are complaining about the app. Maybe it used to be bad, but now it's pretty easy to navigate. Took me less than 2 minutes to make an account and get a ticket. You don't even need to use the credit card if you have mobile pay.

Saving our payment method failed at least 10 times, with different methods and different devices. Since there is no other way to buy tickets (ticket machine was only for reserved tickets) we were forced to settle for the next available bus and use an ATM (with a hefty 25% margin) and pay by cash.

Do not try to use this app with a non-danish credit card. I created an account, entered my payment details and confirmed it with the S ID check to unlock online payments for the app. However, when I tried to pay for my ticket I was left on 'payment declined' by the app even though the app said it accepted and saved the payment details on the account info (even reentered and confirmed the details again). I could not get on the bus and had to wait an hour for the next one while getting cash. :']
