Works smoothly to allow me to control costs, and network load of our car charging and cottage heating. Great service as well. Super!

Works great with VW ID.4, only thing missing is the data export / filtering, so I could choose only charging events at home. Now all the charging are grouped together, and grouped only by Smart or non-Smart charging. Sometimes I need to use non-Smart charging at home also.

Not working with BMW charging and frankly looks like it was never even tested. It either displays errors like “could not take control of the charging” (but I can still control the charging from the BMW app) or “vehicle is not plugged in” even though the car is connected and charging properly. Or the Synergy app simply doesn’t update the charging time in the BMW app, even though it reports that it did. Contacted support but no changes.

Can't rely on it for EV charging. More than 1 experience when you need to leave early, and it has failed, resulting an emty car.
