I give 5 star because it's on Google play !! I used it as a Tacit trainer in my gym but on a iOS system, and I think is old edition. Anyway for this one as it is whiteout the warm-up and cool down ....🙄

The latest update is terrible. Previously was perfect. Now interrupts the music you are playing.so jaring mid-workout

How about warning the upgrade will erase all custom protocols? Very unhappy the 15, 30, and 45 second audio tones were removed from the Compensation protocol. Makes it harder to know when to change direction or sides. 3rd version and there still is no 4 round protocol for kettle bell spetznas.

It is a helpful timer. However, it needs improvement. It crahes alot and we need a countdown to prep/set up a workout before it starts.
