-can't use Discover through the app -can only earn rewards by ordering via app-you can't go in-store to order/pay and earn rewards -last visit a few weeks ago and manually entered receipt via app to earn rewards and nothing has posted indicating my visit in the history -this is pointless, it's only replacing a person taking my order hence replacing a person's job-this is poor, not service and not an enhancement
