I don't like the design of it the toolbar is far too wide and partially blocks the screen making it difficult to read you can't get green ti cks anymore so it’s difficult to know if information gets sent back. I don't rate it on android that’s for sure.

After the latest update, the app is no longer loading the service users, so I was unable to QR in, out, complete tasks, and leave feedback! The app needs a major U. I redesign to look modern, show number of hours in the whole week somewhere on the screen, so don't have to click each day to calculate the hours. It also needs dark mode, like most apps have had for years!

After lastest.once you scan out, it just says "status" without signing out. On second try, it tells you are not allowed to scan out multiple times

This app is free but it's so bad I want a refund. Cannot log in with correct credentials, went to the website, no FAQ, no way to roll back updates, can't debug. Just horrible. Tried to delete cache, data, delete and reinstall the app, change credentials letters to all smalls, didn't work.
