Allowing riders to upload reference photos of restaurant is a genius update to the app. New riders or those never been to a given vendor have a smooth experience, thanks to the photo reference. Bravo to the software dvt team

As a driver I'm disappointed for these two months. I put my Auto accept, but you kept saying I missed an order, and you give me break. Acceptance rate will go down by one percent and if you try to push you get 0.1 percent increase. And why is it only happening one or two days to batch change day.

Whether a rider receives an order or not, the platform doesn't care—because room rent, visa fees, food, and fuel are all borne by the riders themselves. There is no travel ticket for home leave, and no gratuity upon departure. When the platform gets riders for free without paying the true cost of their labor, why would they show respect, and why would they care about order volume? This is the reality of Talabat as a delivery platform.

Without any reason in this update I got pause two times withing 2 hours both times for half an hour absolutely unacceptable there's issue about gps even I'm at costumers location but my gps location went another place without a second I was moved to same actual location they pause the orders

Very bad experience. Talabat rider app said "order ready for pickup", but when I got the Vendor, the order was not ready. I waited for more than 15 minutes and the order was eventually removed, making me to lose time and effort. I checked on the app, there was no means to report my bad experience at the Vendor's store. Make sure there is a means to report vendors for deceiving riders if they say "order is ready" when in actual sense, it is not ready.
