I was very nervous trying this app, especially after seeing all the bad reviews but my PMHNP was very nice. She started the call with a conversation that really made me comfortable and got me to open up a little more. She was even listening to me and letting me talk and explain what's been going on with me. Got me on meds the same day too, it was great considering my last few psychiatrists didn't seem like they cared too much. I'm sorry for those who had bad experiences

My doctor Dr McClain don't know if I spelled that right but palmistry is mazing she fixed my complicated medication list and has already in two visits made me better thank god for palmistry

It's a Wonderful concept to have, but where insurance is concerned the very difficult and if you're thinking of paying out of pocket, you can forget it. I have excellent insurance but the only way for me to get coverage with these people is for me to change my plans during open enrollment in October, and I'm not sure I want to do that. They really do make it very difficult for people in need, and they should be ashamed of themselves

I give 1 star because they cancel all the time. Also asked for mental health Dr. Gave me one, one time and then set me up w/ nurse practitioner!? How is that mental health? I also requested afternoon appointment. Gave me 11am🙄! Then they wanted to charge $100.00 fee for cancelation! 1st one was great! All I wanted was virtual mental health.
