★★★★★ Great app for heavy bag work. I love the fact that the sound of the trainer is loud enough and can play my music in the background without interruptions. It does the job very well and you can customize the rounds to your liking. I use this when I can't make it to the gym and to get some muay thai training in. Also great to practice your shadowboxing. Multiple settings of what you like to practice, boxing, muy Thai, MMA, excercise drills, and more. Very satisfied with the app, highly recommend it
