Tandem is a good company to work for as a substitute teacher. I love the flexibility to pick and choose when I want to work. My experience with Tandem has been an outstanding experience. The benefit of working a schedule that is suitable for you, picking the centers you want to work, and getting paid daily is a win-win. To teachers and teacher assistants, if you are looking for work that fits into your daily schedule, I suggest Tandem.

Tandem is a great community to be a part of! There is always jobs available for you to work if you need quick cash-- and I do mean quick. At Tandem, you have the option to get paid the same day--after you shift is completed. 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️

A great opportunity to work at a center before making a commitment. The app does have issues from time to time. But overall a good app to use for substitution in a daycare setting.

I just created an account where I finished the bio portion of the application process, and the app closed. Each time I submit my credentials to log back into the app, I am returned to the Get Started/ Log-In screen, but no error message is given as to why. Thinking my credentials didn't register when I first signed up, I tried re-establishing my account and received notification that an account already exists, but I am unable to log into it.

Unable to log in, to start applying for jobs. Screen that says "Tandem" is stuck. Can't go pass that screen.
