Please enable fingerprints/face unlocked to the App asap. It's annoying to log in every time with 1 time PIN. Will give 5 stars if it fixed. Thank you

Are you kidding me? This app does not work. On top of that it is called Tangerine in the play store but onces downloaded it changes its name to customer portal. Increasing prices from buddy telco for a worse service.

The app needs work! It needs to accommodate the system status bar properly by adding a margin to the top of the screens. Can't access the notification or menu icon because they are under the status bar. Add dark mode, if not already there (could be, but I can't get to settings), and also you need to tell the system to use dark status bar text with the white background, so I can see my status bar. Terrible ux

The Download and View PDF buttons for invoices do absolutely nothing. There's only one support KA. Direct debit doesn't let you see your currently setup direct debit or let you change the date of direct debiting. You still can't log in with a password, passkey, or biometrics because it always sends an OTP, and it uses the internet browser rather than the app itself to set up the passkeys, which is redundant. Please, please, please invest some money into updating the app, the UX is just awful.
