How does Tap a Meal Work?
• Pick an item from a restaurant, and place an order
• The restaurant accepts the order
• You track the progress via the app
• For a collection order you pick the order once it is ready for pick up
• For a delivery order, a Tap a Meal driver will collect the order and deliver to you anywhere in Windhoek (Namibia)

Delivery
Tap a Meal drivers deliver food straight to your doorstep. You will be able to track the order progress as it moves through the different stages.

Feedback
Give feedback for each order you place to make sure that the restaurant knows what you think.

How far do we deliver?
Anywhere in Windhoek.

Great app, great service! I would recommend that you be able to search general food items for e.g "soup" then it brings up all restaurants that offer soups on their menu. Or stew or pasta etc. etc. And to be able to delete an item off of your cart before you confirm the order. Other than that, amazing :)

Horrible. Our order was a hpur late and was wrong. We had to send back our food and management were not able to sort out the issue. It was a very bad customer service experience.

Please whatever you do, do not download this app. I used it once and had the worst experience of my life. I ordered a meal around 6 pm, I kid you not, it came 3 hours later around to 10 pm. It wasn't just cold but it was burnt. And After all that I was not compensated at all, and I was expected to pay in full plus tips the delivery guy. What a joke. I repeat don't use this app
