★★★★★ Good app, does exactly what I expect and need. However, it is, perhaps, more for the technical minded. Basic functionality, including open a DVR, changing cameras, and some of the buttons are very easy to understand and use. Just about everything else is difficult to understand and operate. I am very technical minded, but I still have to remind myself sometimes that you do not "pinch to zoom". Maybe put the PTZ controls on the first control bar? Also an included help manual would be great!

Unfortunately although I have set it up exactly the same as my on my ipad, it still does not work. So I then phoned up the company that installed all my cameras, after speaking to there tech guys, this particular company could not get this software to work either. Please sort this out and your then receive a top star rating from me.

★★☆☆☆ Android Samsung Galaxy S8 issue? My husband can see our house cameras on his iPhone but I'm having no luck on my android. It only shows "connection failed." Anyone else have issues? Can anyone help?
