I've read the reviews, and honestly, most of them seem childish. People are complaining about things like: OTP isn't coming, I can't register, My payment isn't being approved," "My payment status isn't updating, I can't change my mobile number or email, or "My password isn't working. In my experience, I haven't faced any of these issues. Whenever I've made a payment, it has been approved on the first attempt. I created my account only once, logged in successfully, saved my password, no issue.

Login OTP nahi aa raha — boot darshan ho rahi hai! Boot dinon se try kar raha hoon Lenin login karte waqt OTP mobile number ya email par bilkul nahi aata. Kai baar resend bhi kiya, phir bhi wadi Marla. Itni zaroori service (credit report) ke liye app ka itna basic feature — OTP verification — Kama nahi kar raha, ye boot frustrating hai. Majboori mein 1 star de raha hoon kyunke koi alternative nahi bacha. Please is issue ko jald fix karein, warna log app use hi nahi kar payenge.

My wife mistakenly enter unregistered mobile no. on tasdeeq app in signup process now she is not able to sign up with registered mobile no popup showing CNIC already registered she launched a complaint via email as well as via call center but still issue haven't resolved it causes delay as she needs her credit history for some critical and urgent process. Call center representative pick up a call only for one time in a whole day and an issue raises since 4 days before. Very pathetic customer care
