I previously gave this app a 1-star rating because it was not performing well at that time. However, over the last one and a half years, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in its service and performance. Every time I have needed my credit report, the Tasdeeq app has provided it efficiently and reliably. I truly appreciate the efforts of the development team in improving the app and maintaining a consistent service. The app is now user-friendly.

Registration process is very dicey. Despite the mobile number in my name and verified by PTA and a working email address, the app still says my account couldn't be verified. Looks like they're not fully equipped to call themselves Tasdeeq

Registration has a bug where if I mistyped a number in my first form, and then it lets me select a password for my email then it takes me to otp screen then I realized I typed incorrect number so when I went back to change number and proceeded it now gives my email is already registered and cnic also. It basically created my user without number auth and now forever I can't login it takes me to an OTP screen and OTP send to the number i mistyped

Login OTP nahi aa raha — boot darshan ho rahi hai! Boot dinon se try kar raha hoon Lenin login karte waqt OTP mobile number ya email par bilkul nahi aata. Kai baar resend bhi kiya, phir bhi wadi Marla. Itni zaroori service (credit report) ke liye app ka itna basic feature — OTP verification — Kama nahi kar raha, ye boot frustrating hai. Majboori mein 1 star de raha hoon kyunke koi alternative nahi bacha. Please is issue ko jald fix karein, warna log app use hi nahi kar payenge.
