I've been using the app for years. Only had a couple problems. Hire the people with the highest rating And you'll get the help you need. All the workers are background checked. Not sure why the app has such a low rating. It's not the workers, it may be customer service isn't great

Exactly as intended, made the profile on a desktop. Used the app later after it became too much of a hassle to check in remotely. Honestly should've just started with the app. hadn't intended to keep it after my initial project was done. But I saw more availability for projects down the line. A unquiet and wonderful find.

I have been using this app for three years. It's very convince to get some small work done though the app. Many options to get a helper to finish the job. But you have to pick a right person with good reviews. It changes minimum by one hour. Even the sometimes work less than an hour it still fair. I never waste money on non experience worker.

I was connected to this app through IKEA. The appointment was first postponed by 2hrs without giving a reason. When I checked with the tasker, they said "that was the only slot I am available on that day." Why did they claim the task? Later on the day of the appointment, the task canceled the task half an hour before the appointment saying "my car is not starting". The chat was also disabled right after that message was sent to me. Meanwhile, I could not see this task on the dashboard anymore.

Years ago when I started my handyman business I tried to use this app, but it wasn't accepting taskers in my area. Now 3–4 years later I figure I'd give it a shot, can't even sign in because the old account is still active and when I try to reset my password it just takes me back to the sign in screen. When I finally did get to the reset password it claims my passwords doesn't meet the criteria. So I'll go back to overpriced thumbtack that at least works.

This app is horrible. The taskers are unreliable at best. They are overpriced or undervalue. They charge 130 an hour to mow your yard and then do a lackluster job, if they even show up at all.
