Good customer services app. Experience depends on whether it's busy or quiet a period. On a bad day I have had to wait up to 2 hours for a car. On a good day a car could arrive within 15 to 30 mins of booking.

I believe that the developers are to be commended for a fine initial stab at getting it right. I tested my logon details on the web option first and did encounter some issues that were resolved with a telephone call to the help line. That done, I didn't have any issues signing in with this app. It's good to note that the app design adheres to Google's Material guidelines. I have awarded the star rating according to my initial impressions. I agree that it would be useful to be able to specify a black cab as many minicab drivers won't permit me to travel with my dog unless it sits on my lap. This policy is unacceptable. I will modify my rating of this app as I become more familiar with its functionality. So far. So good; it's a good initial effort, although it should be possible to sign in via fingerprint recognition. As is; recommended.

This is the world's worst service for disabled persons It's a shame that having a cab service to help disabled persons to get to they hospital and doctor's appointments If you book a taxi a day or 2 in advance I can guarantee you that the taxi would show up 1 hr 30ins late

It's awful. A rubbish app to go with an ineffective service. A marriage made in hell. The app isn't fit for purpose. It's not as flexible as booking online used to be. You can't select from a variety of contact numbers like you used to be able to do. You can't choose pick up and drop off options. You can't specify disability requirements. You can't specify contact requirements. The estimated fare is nonsense. In short, this app has made dealing with Taxi card an even worse experience than before - and it was pretty rubbish beforehand. Just awful.

Terrible app with so many bugs, have to log in every time I open it, and the address lookup must be from 2005. Service so unreliable, often takes more than 30 minutes to get a taxi, if at all. Uber is so much better.

Unable to log into app for some time. Doesn't look as if they are bothering to fix it. Vital service for disabled people and makes so much harder and costlier to get around to do normal things like shopping. Having to rely more on local taxis as availability of taxis reduced as well.
