The app enables users to create personal goals, log workouts, join fitness challenges, manage their account, check and join classes and more! Head instructor and UFC veteran Diego Saraiva, black belt in Nova União Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has made his mark in the 155lb and 145lb divisions in MMA across the country. Saraiva and business partner, Koon Lau, opened the gym to create a family atmosphere that encourages learning, reaching fitness goals, and achieving a healthy lifestyle for all those interested. Team Octopus offers classes for all fitness levels and ages, with the goals of learning new skills and improving health.
