Mirroring what Cassie said - while not a fully packed app (yet) what is there seems to work well. App seems pretty fluid with updating ticket data. Would like to see reporting/ group info in ths next release.

So far the app seems useful if I'm wanting to update something I'm currently working on. I'll be interested to see how the app evolves with time (as it's so new). I would love to be able to access the ticket queues and dashboards.

Very slow and missing features. Can't see any images. Extremely lacking.

Missing most features (teams, views, reports, knowledge base etc.) and app hasn't been updated in 6+ months. Literally a textbook definition for minimum viable product. Worst part is they don't have a responsive mobile site either. -1 star for also logging you out of desktop every time you open the app. Possibly the most paranoid licensing scheme of any current helpdesk platform. Are there really alot of Team support pirates out there trying to circumvent the EULA through fraudulent login sharing?
