As a United States visitor, the app is very easy to use with clear steps in your trip. Recommend buying an 8 pack for less than 10 euro. Transit system is very easy to use, buses are clean. WELL DONE!

Nothing works, period. This is the worst app I ever used. Same thing for the TEC site on PC. Shame on you.

Impossible to buy a ticket with the app. The only thing that work are the timetables that you can also have on the website. This app is useless.

Bought tickets only for them to delete themselves while waiting for the bus to arrive, app won't let me even buy tickets at times, and if your phone camera is a little dodgy, good luck scanning the tiny QR code on their buses and not being left unable to validate the ticket you just bought. Awful app, awful experience.
