As a United States visitor, the app is very easy to use with clear steps in your trip. Recommend buying an 8 pack for less than 10 euro. Transit system is very easy to use, buses are clean. WELL DONE!

Not possible to log in, app is laggy and UI is horrible if you're going to Wallonia as a tourist don't even bother installing, better off using Google Maps instead for finding bus routes & schedules and buying the tickets in cash from the driver

Impossible to buy a ticket with the app. The only thing that work are the timetables that you can also have on the website. This app is useless.

Nothing works, period. This is the worst app I ever used. Same thing for the TEC site on PC. Shame on you.
