The new app in early 2025 seems solid, but it was a forklift install. I had to log in again, go through typical verification, and it felt very much like a waste of time. It would have been better if the app said what was about to happen...since the process seemed to start like any other upgrade. Every time I finished a step in the upgrade I discovered that I wasn't done yet and there were more steps. There are new features that I appreciate, like a prominent display of my credit score.

Nothing works: - belle - messaging - bank account linking to make a transfer This app is the baking equivalent to Sonos. If they don't change this I move to a new bank.

The previous version was very good. This version is quite difficult to use. I cannot see things in one place ... tasks that took one or two steps now take 4–5 steps. Bill pay in particular has become terrible. Please go back to the old version. It may look "old" in terms of fonts and colors, but it was super easy to do tasks. The "new" fonts and colors do not make it more attractive when performing simple tasks has been become cumbersome. I am considering changing my bank due to this issue.

Old app was discontinued without a transition period to make sure the new app works. We cannot even log into the new app, no matter how many codes we enter. There is not even an error message as the verify button does not do anything. To make matters the website login is also not working: __Localize_Me__Step Up. Verification. As created, the app is completely unusable as it requires Google Play Store to be enabled every time the app is opened. While it may be understandable to require play services (most banks do), needing to have access to the play store app is a new one for me. Certainly won't be using the app while it mandates cross application access to the play store app. The much hyped upgrade was thought to have included belle as its big selling point. As always, tech cu disappoints-zelle coming soon. Pointless.

I don't know if it's just issues on my end, but the entire app is unusable. Every single time I log in, it makes me create a new password and verify through phone #, even though I set it to remember this device. It often gets choppy and laggy, especially when I'm typing in something. When doing transfers, the button to transfer will stay greyed out, and you have to just press it anyway. Horrible even when it somehow even works, takes 5 min to do a simple transfer. Massive downgrade...
