I don't know if it's just issues on my end, but the entire app is unusable. Every single time I log in, it makes me create a new password and verify through phone #, even though I set it to remember this device. It often gets choppy and laggy, especially when I'm typing in something. When doing transfers, the button to transfer will stay greyed out, and you have to just press it anyway. Horrible even when it somehow even works, takes 5 min to do a simple transfer. Massive downgrade...

Nothing works: - belle - messaging - bank account linking to make a transfer This app is the baking equivalent to Sonos. If they don't change this I move to a new bank.

There's like 100 pages of T&C that you have to accept but no human could read and understand all that. It's insulting to us users to force us to click Agree to it. The app functionality is the same as before, nothing new. The updates are probably to benefit TechCU, but one can hope maybe there are security improvements as well.

Old app was discontinued without a transition period to make sure the new app works. We cannot even log into the new app, no matter how many codes we enter. There is not even an error message as the verify button does not do anything. To make matters the website login is also not working: __Localize_Me__Step Up. Verification.
