I'm visiting yerevan and downloaded the app to use for bus fares but no matter what I tried I couldn't figure out a way to load the fund. From what it looks like, you can only buy tickets on the app if you attach a bank card. The app needs step-by-step instructions specially for tourists

It's wrong for such a multifunctional program to have such a low rating. It should be rated as a whole, not when something doesn't work, and you come here in anger and rate one.

Terrible system for purchasing transportation tickets. Study other programs in different countries for similar functions. You have simply made it impossible to purchase tickets with a digital card, the program is full of problems.

Worst app for public transportation, but we can't do anything without this app, and they don't respond in english only Armenian I took unlimited ticket every time it's problem while using have to fight with bus driver
