Useless group of hastens, asked about covid testing, they send you to their useless doctor on telehealth, shit bird then tells you to go take the free test downtown provided by the city. Wasted my money on Telehealth, wasted time talking to their useless doctor. Do yourself a favor, just to downtown and take the free test.

Tested mic and camera before visit and everything was good. As soon as the health provider connected, she couldn't hear me at all. I was told she would contact support and reconnect, and she just disconnected. I can't get through to technical support. This app is NOT helpful at all. What are we supposed to do in order to be screened for COVID-19 now? Did Telehealth just take my money? This is unacceptable! I received ZERO care, yet have been charged.

I have health Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance but every time I enter the insurance info the site, it states it cannot confirm the insurance and then ask for payment. Have tried for the last 7 days and had no success. I am sick and can't get any help.
