Getting a loan is very easy and helpful at times in need. The only fault is that the app crashes after the update and the app icon disappears and can only be accessed when I go to the Play store. Very inconvenient on my part.

Worst customer service assistance you'll experience. I've been emailing since June 11 since my manual repayment is not reflected on the application. They responded that they received it, but they did not respond as to why the payment is not posted on the app. I already emailed since the day I paid my remaining balance but what did I get? Bot chats and automated response.
