I ordered a few times and everything went pretty smooth this last time ordering though my food came completely cold I got a hold of Tacoma delivery. They said it's basically up to the fast food place to make things right. They said it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I will never use that service again. If I'm going to put my money through and pay them extra for delivery, and I still have a mandatory tip to pay, and they can't get my food to me hot. What good are they!

Terrible, not once have they gotten my order correct, i don't know if it's the app or the driver or the restaurant but I've had consistent orders over and over again missing whole entrées, drinks, etc. Never using again.
