Excellent experience ordering food. Excellent communication... Grubhub called to let me know a change was necessary to order, so I was able to choose my alternative. Driver did a marvelous job communicating ETA and arrived at the expected time. A very positive experience... The best of any online ordering app.

Had a great experience for a while. Lately, however, we've had two orders cancelled, at the time we should have received them. May or may not get the credit they promise. Regularly get a text saying they're running late, even when ordering ahead of time. Trying another service for now, to see if they're any better. Contacting support just reloads continually as you're typing. Done with this "service".

The service is good, but the app will push notifications for coupon codes that you can not use and if the code is too long to read in the notification, there is no way to retrieve it. This just seems to be a way to trick people into ordering things thinking they have a coupon, just to make them pay full price.

It kept saying all the restaurants in my area were closed and would not let me set a time for a delivery.

Food delivery always seems to be delayed. Just ordered today, and it was delayed over an hour.

Looks nicer than the old app but can't even place an order. Something goes wrong with credit card transaction then the app just totally becomes unresponsive. I guess they don't want my money.
