The workouts are great fun especially with Steve’s Karaoke singing. You spend a lot of the time with a massive smile on your face and actually enjoying the exercise. Its super fun, I have actually got my youngest doing some of the workouts with me. There is a wide range of different music, am I loving going through the years. The online community support is great and very supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend TFG. Am fully loving it. Steve has a contagious laugh it's brilliant 🤩 x
