Works sort of on my phone (will not open article comments). Can't access The Atlantic on my computer despite instructions from customer service. Customer service won't work with me on my account since they don't know anything about getting a subscription through Google!

Because I subscribed via the app, sub is via the Google Play Store, not the magazine directly. Nothing indicated that. Didn't want that. Was angry to find I only have digital sub (no print). Contacted customer support and was told they can't help. Subs through the app/Play Store are ENTIRELY SEPARATE from the magazine. WTH? I can't change the sub to what I want. Canceled via Play Store (no refund). If I later subscribe via the mag, I have to use a new email and lose all acct history. FIX IT.

Horrible compared to the website. If you are reading an article, say from the current home page of the website, but want to switch to the app, good luck. You not only have a good chance of not seeing it, but the search is so bad that even if you give the apps search the exact title, it can't find it. This happens a lot, particularly with articles in The Atlantic Daily.
