Easy to use. Easy to find stuff I like! Great app. I've bought a lot of stuff from TBH, and I've loved EVERYTHING. People crying about irregular sizing don't bother to check the measurements for the different items that they're buying and do a surprised Pikachu face when they get different sizes from what they expected. Also, not sure why people on here are moaning about the 100Rs return charges when it's mentioned on the website. Is it ideal? No but they're a start-up and they're transparent

Very disappointing experience with The Bear House. I placed order #542444 on 27th March with delivery promised by 30th, but it was not delivered before my 1st April occasion. Tracking shows “Shipment not ready for pickup” and “Shipment not received from client” repeatedly. Customer care blamed delivery partner and promised 3–4 days, but even after 40 hours, order is not shipped. Misleading service and poor management.

Product quality is bad. They do not accept return and only exchange is allowed. Fraud alert - for exchange, they do not show discounted products and ask to pay differential amount. Avoid any purchase from Bear House.

I purchased one shirt and delivery 2 days back, but the size is too big, I am unable to exchange it, help on exchange, in app also there is no any option for exchange, how can I exchange it

Ek shirt le the wrong clr aaya the return k but paise wapis nhi hey abhi tak ek week ho gaya aur complain ka option bhi nhi hey is app m. How can it be received .very disappoint
