Great app, though I do have some notes now that I've gone through a few workouts: I the like the add warm-ups feature. The buttons are a bit too small, which makes them hard to press. The timer makes other apps (like music) quieter for its duration. I don't use it because of this. An auto-rest timer would be nice. The Next button often lags. The timer/stop watch cancelling from minimizing is frustrating on accidental swipes/taps. The Calendar counting up, right to left, seems backwards.

I've been doing Daily Pump workouts for years, even during my BB prep. I love the workouts and used to write them all out old school way. I've recently switched to logging my workouts in the app, and it's been nice. I can go back, review what I did in the past, see what weight I lifted in the last workout on the log screen, and review what the exercise is supposed to look like. There was a glitch a few weeks ago, but in all the years I've used the Daily Pump app, that's the only glitch I know of

I must say I have been using Julian's program for almost 8 years since he started posting on IG. Although I think the program does not include enough rest days for most people, and if you follow it daily you will most likely overtrain within a few months. However, being able to dl the workouts to do at your own pace was a great option that is no longer available which means most people will miss out on a lot of sessions. This new app seems solid, but it's missing the efficiency of playbook ap
