Download The Doctors app to: - Access your health summary including lab results, prescribed medications, diagnosed conditions, and immunisation history - See consultation notes from previous appointments - Book an appointment with your preferred practitioner, or select the next available slot - Book an appointment for someone else - Book and attend video consults - Request repeats of previously prescribed medications - Message your GP team - Receive reminder notifications for appointments - Track the status and receive notifications on your repeat medication request - Pay for your medication requests or appointments - Login using passcode or touch/facial recognition - Choose to share your medical information with other healthcare providers if required

This app has made it so much easier for me to request and pay for my regular medication. As someone with a medical condition that makes these things difficult, this app has hugely helped my quality of life. I also appreciate having easy access to my medical history. I've never had any issues at all logging into the app or using it.

Manage my health was a lot easier to use. How do I find out if my script has been sent to the pharmacy I choose.Haven't heard back yet

You can only request repeat scripts if you have a credit card. This was never an issue when requesting directly from the practice or on ManageMyHealth, but now I can't get my urgently needed medication.

The app is not user-friendly at all. It doesn't have a function to look for your booked appointments. Booking an appointment is fine if you want to take the only one they offer you - no alternatives provided. Manage My Health was so much better!
