This app has made it so much easier for me to request and pay for my regular medication. As someone with a medical condition that makes these things difficult, this app has hugely helped my quality of life. I also appreciate having easy access to my medical history. I've never had any issues at all logging into the app or using it.

Works as expected. No problem getting set up. Still see no advantage to this over Manage My Health, and I'd rather use a browser with a real screen rather than a phone.

Manage my health was a lot easier to use. How do I find out if my script has been sent to the pharmacy I choose.Haven't heard back yet

Have tried for the past week to book an appointment to see my doctor, and it shows no appointments available for the rest of the year which isn't helpful!so I exit out of that and scroll down hoping to maybe book at one of the other 3 centres close to me and "no practitioners available" on all of them!like really??! This app is relevant to people's health and supposed to make it quick and easy for patients to secure an appointment but that is impossible to do so with issues like this!!!

The app is not user-friendly at all. It doesn't have a function to look for your booked appointments. Booking an appointment is fine if you want to take the only one they offer you - no alternatives provided. Manage My Health was so much better!
