Initially gave 2 stars. 5 stars now since the latest update has fixed most of the problems. Pharmacy notifies by e-mail and the app when repeats are due and also when available to pick up. 👍

Repeats don't work and when I message my local unichem thro this app I never get an answer. So far this app has been pointless so have to email my Unichem for my repeats.

Missing core feature: Can't order repeats. The app developer keeps replying to other reviews with a generic, copy-pasted response about how "pharmacies automatically..." That completely misses the point. The app is missing the function to allow users to actually initiate and order a repeat through the app itself. To the app developer: Please do not reply asking me to contact you, this review is me contacting you.

I'm not sure what the point of this app is. It is pretty much without any useful features. With the old app you could order repeats. You can't with this app. I had a medicine that said "ready to dispense" but no way to ask for it to be dispensed. I had 5 medications sent through from my Dr and no notification they were ready, yet the medicines were ready to pick up and had been there for 4 days. Why doesn't the app tell you this?
