Description
The Revolutionary Real-estate Direct-Mail Scouting App!
If you know that Direct Mail Marketing is vital to your businesses success and you find yourself driving neighborhoods to find potential business, then the Driving For Dollars App is for you. The D4D App eliminates all the work needed to determine homeowners and where they can be mailed in order to better market to them through direct mail. The term “Driving For Dollars” was coined in the real estate investing world, which means to drive neighborhoods in order to find lucrative deals for your business. We developed this App for Real Estate Investors trying to find deals, Realtors looking for listings, or Tradesman looking to market their businesses in specific neighborhoods. If your goal is to drive neighborhoods and direct mail market to homeowners, then this app will eliminate all the back-end work of finding who the homeowner is and where to send them mail. For many, this means eliminating hours of work or eliminating the expense of having an employee do this work for you.
The D4D App is integrated with a major data provider to give you the latest, public information you seek and then exports your lists into an excel spread sheet so you can easily mail merge your marketing letters. The user interface allows you to speak the address into the app, type in an individual address, or drop pins on specific properties in the overhead map view.
Recent changes: Added new property data points. Here's a few of the new data points you'll now find on the property details screen and in export files: * House year built * Structure size/House Sq Ft. * Number of bedrooms * Number of bathrooms * Lot size Sq Ft. * Most recent previous sale amount * Most recent previous sale date * and more!

Comments on The Driving For Dollars App for Android
★★★★★Ryan Zerbe· Jun 28, 2018
App is fantastic compared to the old-school approach. You get unlimited property data for a very fair price. The creators have mentioned that you should be saving frequently, so... save frequently. The quality of the data pulled is pretty impressive and can easily be exported to a spreadsheet and dumped into whatever marketing medium you choose. Overall, the app does what it claims to do very well and is a massive improvement over other approaches to D4D.

Needs an option to see all the lists on a map at once, so you don't have to open each individual one to see what areas are done. Plus give an option to lock the map, so it doesn't rotate when you slow down. Sometimes it rotates back and forth making it hard AF to pin a house.

It has quirks, but they are constantly upgrading it for smoother use. I've been using the app for about 6 months now and am confident in stating they may not be fast at solving issues, but they do provide fixes. Once you get hooked you can't go back to pen and paper. The hours it saves overcomes the quirks.

This will not work on chromebook please fix this asap. Changed from 1* to 4* because they said they would work on this. The program runs great on my note 9 just would be very convenient on chromebook.

This app is useless. I have to type in the address, then the only thing it will give me is an Arial pic, & street pic of the property. I can get more info on Zillow!

I keep getting an error message stating invalid credentials. I can't proceed to do anything or find any addresses. Ive uninstalled the app twice

I started with deal machine, but didn't like the fact that every skip trace cost a dollar but driving for dollars you could skip trace right there and then, unlimited just paying the monthly fee. But my God the bugs in this app are endless. It wouldn't register my subscription through Google, then logged me out, when I tried to log back in I had forgotten my password and the app had no recovery system at all...

Installed the app and even reset my phone after the installation for proper installation. I kept trying to create the same list over and over, and it would not save just the name of the list. Then after typing in the list name I entered the zip and then a few addresses. None were able to pull any info on any home. I have a LG6 running the latest Android software. The app for me is a flopp.

Avast reported it as having malicious code, so I uninstalled it
