Needs an option to see all the lists on a map at once, so you don't have to open each individual one to see what areas are done. Plus give an option to lock the map, so it doesn't rotate when you slow down. Sometimes it rotates back and forth making it hard AF to pin a house.

App is fantastic compared to the old-school approach. You get unlimited property data for a very fair price. The creators have mentioned that you should be saving frequently, so... save frequently. The quality of the data pulled is pretty impressive and can easily be exported to a spreadsheet and dumped into whatever marketing medium you choose. Overall, the app does what it claims to do very well and is a massive improvement over other approaches to D4D.

It has quirks, but they are constantly upgrading it for smoother use. I've been using the app for about 6 months now and am confident in stating they may not be fast at solving issues, but they do provide fixes. Once you get hooked you can't go back to pen and paper. The hours it saves overcomes the quirks.

This will not work on chromebook please fix this asap. Changed from 1* to 4* because they said they would work on this. The program runs great on my note 9 just would be very convenient on chromebook.

Installed the app and even reset my phone after the installation for proper installation. I kept trying to create the same list over and over, and it would not save just the name of the list. Then after typing in the list name I entered the zip and then a few addresses. None were able to pull any info on any home. I have a LG6 running the latest Android software. The app for me is a flopp.

I started with deal machine, but didn't like the fact that every skip trace cost a dollar but driving for dollars you could skip trace right there and then, unlimited just paying the monthly fee. But my God the bugs in this app are endless. It wouldn't register my subscription through Google, then logged me out, when I tried to log back in I had forgotten my password and the app had no recovery system at all...

The app keeps shutting down and will not stay up long enough to even search
the property information. When I try to add a favorite, so I can at least
try to keep a previous property it says error. It won't do anything.
