Why can't I just go to the counter where there are three members of staff stood there doing nothing. Why do I have to put my credit card details in just to order a can of coke and a slush puppie And now they're charging me 30p to walk my can of coke to my table I'm not allowed to pick it up from the counter they have to bring it to me?
