This app is inconsistent, does not work right on a regular basis. I went into the office to speak with management and show them how it does not work right on my phone. Their reply was maybe it's your phone! I replied no it has worked before! They also replied, they are not allowed to make work orders it has to be done through the app! Replacing human interaction with artificial intelligence has made humans lazy and soft! I would rather fill out paperwork and give it to them for the work order!
