The ivy restaurant in the lanes brighton is by far thee best dining experience, my fiancé, and I have just recently moved to brighton, and we are so impressed with the stunning food and wonderfully welcoming staff. It is the ultimate luxurious feast.

We have eaten in several Ivy restaurants nationwide and in all of them (5) visited the food was excellent (with very similar menus), the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the decor and atmosphere/ambience really good.

Impossible to get points to add to my account. Says points are already added on this check which is impossible. None of the other diners have an account, and they defiantly haven't been used on mine - wondering if the waiters cashed them in? On the latest version of the app. Emailed contact us on the website which generated an automatic email saying the error in the app should generate a support ticket which it does not. Shame really, the app and support does not fit the name of the ivy.

Hopeless app! Already have the latest version, but like others have said, it's useless! Bookings disappear once the date has passed and without points being added. Despite trying the "claim points" option with a photo of my receipt, this didn't work either. Notification icon constantly flagged despite no new notifications & all current ones read. Absolutely no point having this app - you can't get rewards & I can book on the website or by phone. Total rubbish - sort it out!!
