If you purchased your subscription through Google, they aren't applying the funds to your account. I f you contact the app support address, they email you saying use the online form. If you go to the online form they give you, The Knitter is not one of the magazines listed which means you can't lodge the form. If you use the in-app form, they don't respond. The magazine is wonderful. The app that it uses is useless, and the support is non-existent.

App doesn't accept code that your website gave me. I paid for 3 magazines for £5, your website gave me an app, now the app will not accept the code that your website have me, so I cannot access anything.

It would be great to be able to print the patterns. Disappointed not to be able to do that.
