My condo decided to change our working management app for this one... It is only about ads, no services can be booked because although I am registered and my condo in the system, the app does not find the address. Most services on the app are "not available". Useless app that does not work.

The new management team at my place just suggest us (tenants) to use this app instead of the old one. After using for a short while, what this app is lacking is the service that all the tenant can discuss the problem openly with each other, or....what I would call "tenant community" function. There are also a lot of ads pop up or send notification to my phone instead of the necessary information related to my place.

My management decided to use this app. Time passed but no more convenient ui was made. Since our customer mainly an elderly, we were expected bigger fonts. There was an update but the update was to removed bank shortcut for payment. After that update, we received many complaints about how the app is inconvenient and so on and i couldn't disagree with them. Also, the payment confirmation page has no information telling at all if they're paying the right month, so pls consider improving this too.
