I'm all-in on the entire Theta Ecosystem taking over the Metaverse and believe it will easily establish dominance in the Web3. 0 space! However, the app hasn't been updated since March, so it loses half a point for that. Also confused with the Fuel earning potential of this app as a proper peer in the network? Everything about the app looks to be setup for earning Fuel via P2P participation and everything. But I can't tell if it's actually working like that yet? Like it's not turned on maybe?

I'm giving a low rating here with hopes to find a way to ask customer support why, if I have the Samsung Galaxy 20, do I have so many issues with this app. After watching 8+ hours of different streams and videos. I've subscribed to channels, type hello, and other actions to earn Fuel, but still have zero. None of the rewards I received exist anymore. I've never been able to access my profile. These issues occur using my unlimited data plan or Wi-Fi at home. Can't find customer service on the app

I've Ben on here since 2018 when it was slivered in the past week I've donated over 500 tfue witch ain't the prob I had bout 300 tfue worth of old buffs that I sold for 10 tfue a piece but never received the tfue and now there's no evidence of me even selling them I mean I had Ben saving these buffs since 2018 and sold them all kind of buffs and now I have nothing streamers have recently given me stuff that once I accepted it it jus disappears like I'm an og getting str8 robbed a cnt earn tfue
