What’s happening to Three inTouch? It’s time to say goodbye to the Three inTouch app.
Why is Three removing Three inTouch? We’re upgrading our network and our Three InTouch app will no longer be supported. If Wi-Fi calling is built into your handset then this function will still work. You can find out more about enabling this function here:http://www.three.co.uk/Discover/three_intouch/
When is this happening? From 30 April 2019, we will be making changes to our network. This will mean that fewer customers will be able to use the Three inTouch app. From 15 May 2019, we will no longer support the app for any customers and you will not be able to use it for calls or texts on Wi-Fi.
What about my calls history and text messages in the app? Your call history and text messages sent or received through the Three In Touch app will remain visible after the app is no longer supported but you will not be able to use the app for further calls and texts. If you uninstall the app then any call history and text messages sent or received through the app will be lost.
Is there an alternative? Wi-Fi calling is already built in to most handsets these days and this function will continue to work without the need for the Three inTouch app. Pop into store or call 333 for free to discuss options available to you.

This app came in helpful when there were network outages. Also, handy for people in basements with no signal. However, I am disappointed the app has been withdrawn and people told to use Wi-Fi calling which may be built into some phones. However, My phone does not have this feature.

Used to be a very useful app that allowed me to call and text while in my house where there is no three signal (other networks appear to be just fine). Now they've dropped the app and even though I have a supposedly supported phone because I didn't buy if from 3 it doesn't work for their Wi-Fi calling.
