App is user-friendly and better than previous/older versions. The odd glitch but otherwise really happy with it. Easy to book classes, view availability and check number of people booked onto each class.

Fairly easy to navigate. Would like it easier to book move Hub appointments ie bookings at top of page and not at the very bottom of all the blurb!

Trying to book an aquavit session is impossible!! Every Monday I try to book the following weeks Tuesday session but either it won't let you book or it won't let you pay. Before the app when I went to the Tuesday aquavit session I could book at reception for the following week and pay on arrival, so simple.

Clunky and not user-friendly. The swimming timetable is difficult to read, it should be a scrolling timetable like the colorful printed versions from the front desks that are easier to decipher. It, 's difficult to find a specific class when using the multi center membership without searching each individual center, which is too time-consuming. The bookings are clunky, and it freezes when trying to book classes. This app could be so much better and more user-friendly. It's very frustrating.
